Do I need to have a scheduled time to view your collection of bridal gowns?
Time is precious and so is your bridal gown. We encourage you to schedule a time that will enable you to have undivided attention and the full resources of the boutique without distractions.
How much time is allotted per appointed session?
Presently one hour per session is the target. Arriving on time is important to ensure you’re not short on time.
What do I need to bring to my session?
We welcome you to bring images or anything helpful to give us a better understanding of what you desire in a bridal gown. Please wear proper undergarments.
Are children allowed during a session?
The goal is to maximize the time available and give brides our undivided attention with minimized distractions. Therefore, we encourage you to keep the little ones where they are comfortable and won’t be a distraction. Feel free to discuss this with the salon at any time prior to the appointment.
What's not allowed?
Pets, food, and beverages are not allowed in the salon. They just don’t go well with expensive dresses. We also don’t allow browsing of the bridal selection. The consultant will pull the dresses for you.
In what price range is your bridal gowns?
Our wedding gowns range from $500 to $3000. You’ll love our selection of gorgeous gowns at very affordable prices.
Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes, we do!
How can I pay for my gown?
Visa or Master Card is very convenient, but cash is also accepted. Checks are not accepted.
In the Event that I need my gown before the estimated delivery date, what can be done?
Our consultant will be able to fully inform you on delivery dates at the time of order.
Will you ship bridal gowns if we are unable to pick up?
We encourage you to collect your gown at our boutique. This gives us all the opportunity to examine the gowns and ensure it is as ordered. However, if you are unable to collect it, please discuss the options with your consultant.
What if my only available time for a session is outside of your regular opening hours?
We understand that schedules and time can sometimes be difficult at times. Please call the boutique and speak with the consultant for scheduling time options.
Are walk-ins welcome?
We are an exclusive store by appointment. However, if time permits, we will do our best to serve you.
Are pictures allowed?
Certain designers do not allow their dresses to be photographed for specific reasons. Please ask your consultant.
